This form is for registering as a free agent for the Winter 2020 Adult Leagues at Paul Louis Arena.  Leagues are Sunday D- and Friday D leagues.  Through this you can register for either or both leagues as a free agent.  This registration will not collect any money, payment will be required once you have been placed with a team.  If you already have a team that you are playing with please do not use this form, please use the one specific to the day you are signing up for.
